Class 2: Professionals/persons engaged in work of an outdoor or supervisory nature or involved occasionally in manual work whose duties do not involve the use of tools or machinery or exposure to any special hazard. Examples: Property Agent, Sales Executive, Nurse, Chef, Physiotherapist. Class 3: Professionals/persons engaged in manual work, involving the use of tools or machinery but not of a particularly hazardous nature. Examples: Electrician, Car Mechanic, Commercial Driver, Gardener, Painter.

No, you do not need to pay $5,000 upfront to MOM as we act as a guarantor by issuing a Letter of Guarantee to MOM on your behalf. However, if you or your FDW breaches any of MOM’s rules or conditions, MOM may forfeit the bond and demand for payment from ECICS. In such cases, we will seek recovery of the amount from you.

MOM will issue the discharge letter 1 week after the FDW has left Singapore. Please provide us with a copy of the discharge letter to proceed with your cancellation.Please note that the effective date of insurance cancellation will be determined based on the discharge date from MOM, not the date when the work permit is cancelled.

Yes, it is illegal to use a vehicle in Singapore without a valid insurance cover. At a minimum, you must have third-party insurance, which covers injury or damage caused to other people and their property.
We have 3 plans to suit your needs. The Comprehensive plan covers loss or damage to your motorcycle, as well as third party liability for bodily injury and property damage.
All riders need to be named in the policy. Unnamed riders are not covered.
You can report the accident at any of our Authorised workshop that is also our appointed Accident Reporting Centres within 24 hours of the accident.

The accident report will provide us with the necessary information should there be any claims made against you for the accident. Failure to report the accident may result in you handling and settling any claims on your own.
The driver involved in the accident must report personally, with a copy of the Driving License and NRIC, and the certificate of insurance to the Accident Reporting Centres. The vehicle must also be made available for photo-taking at the time of reporting.
A No Claim Discount Protector protects your NCD on renewal and allows you to make a claim under your policy without affecting your NCD. Without it, your NCD will be reduced should a claim be made under your policy.
