Please provide us with a copy of the discharge letter to proceed with your cancellation.Please note that the effective date of insurance cancellation will be determined based on the discharge date from MOM, not the date when the work permit is cancelled.
No. The Security Bond is included in our Enhanced MaidAssure along with MOM’s minimum medical and personal accident insurance as a package. We do not offer just the Security Bond.
No, you do not need to pay $5,000 upfront to MOM as we act as a guarantor by issuing a Letter of Guarantee to MOM on your behalf. However, if you or your FDW breaches any of MOM’s rules or conditions, MOM may forfeit the bond and demand for payment from ECICS. In such cases, we will seek recovery of the amount from you.
