In the event that he utilise his earned Family-NCD to buy a new policy with us, he can still remain in the Family NCD policy as a named driver but he will not earn another Family-NCD. The Family-NCD can only be used once per policy per named driver.
In the event of an accident involving your registered vehicle, your insurer for your motor insurance policy must have paid out a claim amount higher than your policy excess in order for you to seek reimbursement on the excess you have paid from your ECICS Motor Excess Protector Insurance Policy. If the claim amount paid out is lower than your policy excess, you will not be able to seek reimbursement from your ECICS Motor Excess Protector Insurance Policy.
Please repair your windscreen at an ECICS Authorised Workshop. Call the workshop of your choice and they will help you file your claim and advise you accordingly. No. The Security Bond is included in our Enhanced MaidAssure along with MOM’s minimum medical and personal accident insurance as a package. We do not offer just the Security Bond.
No, you are not able to purchase the Waiver of Counter Indemnity after policy has incepted.

Failure to do so will result in the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority denying her entry, and she will be sent back to her home country.

The Family-NCD will not be affected as it follows the policy's claim experience. However, his past accident history will be taken into consideration when the Family NCD member get a new quote from us.
