Is there a minimum premium or policy type required?

This promotion applies to all private EV car insurance with ECICS. It excludes individual private hires and car fleets.

Yes — renewals via the ECICS website or through our intermediaries are both eligible.

How will I receive my Shell Fuel e-Voucher?​

You will receive a redemption link via the email address provided during your insurance application within 3 to 4 months from your policy activation date. The Shell Fuel e-Voucher will be credited to your Shell App upon successful redemption.​

What if I change my mind?

We get it – plans can change. If you are replacing your FDW after purchasing the policy:a. Prior to policy effective date, you may provide us with the new FDW details. We will make the necessary changes on the policy replacement. The promo can be re-applied to the replacement policy but please note that the promo can only be re-applied on a replacement policy once if the original policy has not started. b. If the policy has started and you need to replace your FDW, you have 90 days from policy effective date to cancel and a further 90 days to issue a replacement policy. You will get 100% refund for the original policy but unfortunately, the promo cannot be re-applied to the replacement policy. If you no longer require an FDW, you may get a 100% refund if you cancel before the policy incepts. Please take note that all cancellation date shall be based on the security bond discharge date from MOM and not the work permit cancellation date.

How do I redeem my Tesla Fractional Shares?

1. Tesla Motor Insurance policy purchased from ECICS must be issued, in-force, and fully paid.  

2. A unique email link will be sent to your registered email address under the subject titled "Tesla Motor Insurance Fractional Shares Campaign (FSPROMO)" for the redemption of Tesla Fractional Shares. Further instructions can be found on the POEMS website after clicking the link.  

3. Upon completion of the steps on the POEMS landing page, Tesla Fractional Shares will be deposited into your account within 3 to 4 months following the reconciliation process.

Are there different redemption limits based on existing accounts?

Yes, Policyholders that are existing Phillip Securities clients can receive up to S$50 worth of Tesla Fractional Shares with each Tesla Motor Insurance policy purchase or renewal through ECICS, subject to the promotion's terms and conditions.

I am purchasing a Tesla Motor Insurance policy from one of ECICS's partners, am I eligible for this campaign?

Yes, Tesla Motor Insurance policies bought either directly from the ECICS website or through one of ECICS's partners are both eligible for this campaign.

What is the deadline for redeeming my Tesla Fractional Shares?

Redemption must be made within one month of your Tesla Motor Insurance policy activation date (please note this is different from the purchase date of your policy). Any redemptions made after this period will be deemed considered invalid.

Is there support available if I’m unable to set up my Charge+ account?

Can I transfer the benefits to another account?

No, the benefits are non-transferable and will be credited to the Charge+ account linked to the insured vehicle.

Are the charging benefits stackable?

This benefit can’t be combined with other Charge+ charging offers, but it may be stacked with ECICS Insurance promotions if you meet the qualifying criteria. Do check our promotions page to find out more.

What if I cancel my policy?

If you cancel your policy within 90 days, you’ll no longer be eligible for the benefit.

When will I receive my charging benefits?

Your benefits will be credited into your account after you have fulfilled the promotion eligible criterias and with at least 90 days of effective coverage period for your policy. This means you should received your benefit in around 3 to 4 months' time.

How much is the Shell Fuel e-Voucher worth?​

New customers can receive S$100, and renewal customers S$60, subject to terms and conditions.​

What is the ECICS Shell Fuel e-Voucher Promotion?

It is an online promotion by ECICS Limited offering Shell Fuel e-Vouchers to policyholders who purchase or renew ECICS Comprehensive Private Car Insurance policies.​

Yes, the promotion applies to purchases made directly or through an intermediary unless otherwise informed.​

No, the voucher cannot be encashed.​
