How will I receive the redemption link?

Upon successful full payment and Tesla Motor Insurance policy issuance, a unique email link will be sent to your registered email address under the subject titled "Tesla Motor Insurance Fractional Shares Campaign (FSPROMO)"for the redemption of Tesla Fractional Shares.

What if I change my mind?

We get it – plans can change. If you are replacing your FDW after purchasing the policy:a. Prior to policy effective date, you may provide us with the new FDW details. We will make the necessary changes on the policy replacement. The promo can be re-applied to the replacement policy but please note that the promo can only be re-applied on a replacement policy once if the original policy has not started. b. If the policy has started and you need to replace your FDW, you have 90 days from policy effective date to cancel and a further 90 days to issue a replacement policy. You will get 100% refund for the original policy but unfortunately, the promo cannot be re-applied to the replacement policy. If you no longer require an FDW, you may get a 100% refund if you cancel before the policy incepts. Please take note that all cancellation date shall be based on the security bond discharge date from MOM and not the work permit cancellation date.

What if I cancel my policy?

If you cancel your policy within 90 days, you’ll no longer be eligible for the benefit.

What if I have multiple EV policies?

The Benefit shall be limited to one redemption per Qualifying Policy. Policyholders with multiple Qualifying Policies may be eligible for multiple redemptions.

What is the time coverage for our Tesla Motor Insurance?

The coverage period for our Tesla Motor Insurance is 12 months or 24 months subject to Break And Review Clause.

What happens if I cancel my policy after receiving Tesla Fractional Shares?

If you cancel your policy, you will still keep your Tesla Fractional Shares. However, to be eligible for these shares, we advise you to maintain your policy for at least three months. This timeframe allows for the reconciliation process. Additionally, your policy must be active when the shares are credited to your POEMS account.

Where will the Tesla Fractional Shares be credited?

Tesla Fractional Shares for this campaign will be credited exclusively to the specified Policyholder's POEMS account.

Can I stack the Tesla Fractional Shares promotion with other existing promotions?

Yes, provided you meet all the promotional terms and conditions, you will be eligible to claim them.

Do I need a POEMS account?

Yes, you must have a POEMS account under the Policyholder's name to be eligible for the campaign.

What should I do if I encounter issues opening my POEMS account?

When will I receive my charging benefits?

Your benefits will be credited into your account after you have fulfilled the promotion eligible criterias and with at least 90 days of effective coverage period for your policy. This means you should received your benefit in around 3 to 4 months' time.

Is there a minimum premium or policy type required?

This promotion applies to all private EV car insurance with ECICS. It excludes individual private hires and car fleets.

What if I have multiple EV policies?

Can existing policyholders get this too?

Yes, it's available to both new and renewing customers, as long as the policy is purchased during the promotional period.

What if I have multiple vehicles insured with ECICS?​

If you purchase a new ECICS Comprehensive Private Car Insurance policy for a different vehicle not currently insured by ECICS, you are eligible for S$100 Shell Fuel e-Voucher for the new vehicle.​

Where can I use the Shell Fuel e-Voucher?​

What is the ECICS Shell Fuel e-Voucher Promotion?
