A unique email link will be sent to your registered email address under the subject titled "Tesla Motor Insurance Fractional Shares Campaign (FSPROMO)" for the redemption of Tesla Fractional Shares. Further instructions can be found on the POEMS website after clicking the link. 3. Upon completion of the steps on the POEMS landing page, Tesla Fractional Shares will be deposited into your account within 3 to 4 months following the reconciliation process.

The Policyholder must consent to the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act 2012), and their name and NRIC must match the records in their POEMS account. Any additional information required will be requested by POEMS.
The Tesla Fractional Shares for this campaign will be processed and credited to the specified Policyholder's POEMS account within 3 to 4 months following the policy activation date (please note this is different from the purchase date of your policy).
No, the benefits are non-transferable and will be credited to the Charge+ account linked to the insured vehicle.
Your benefits will be credited into your account after you have fulfilled the promotion eligible criterias and with at least 90 days of effective coverage period for your policy. This means you should received your benefit in around 3 to 4 months' time.
This promotion applies to all private EV car insurance with ECICS. It excludes individual private hires and car fleets.
