How can I redeem my benefits?

For details on how to redeem your benefits, please refer to the steps outlined above in the main section and perform the redemption HERERedemption steps:a. Download the Charge+ App b. Sign up for a Charge+ account c. Visit google form link in the Charge+ Promotion Page and indicate your chosen redemption option. Do note that the mobile number used to sign up for the Charge+ account must be the same number used to sign up for the Qualifying Policy.d. Your benefit will be activated in your account within approximately 8 weeks upon fulfilling the eligibility conditions.

What if I change my mind?

We get it – plans can change. If you are replacing your FDW after purchasing the policy:a. Prior to policy effective date, you may provide us with the new FDW details. We will make the necessary changes on the policy replacement. The promo can be re-applied to the replacement policy but please note that the promo can only be re-applied on a replacement policy once if the original policy has not started. b. If the policy has started and you need to replace your FDW, you have 90 days from policy effective date to cancel and a further 90 days to issue a replacement policy. You will get 100% refund for the original policy but unfortunately, the promo cannot be re-applied to the replacement policy. If you no longer require an FDW, you may get a 100% refund if you cancel before the policy incepts. Please take note that all cancellation date shall be based on the security bond discharge date from MOM and not the work permit cancellation date.

What should I expect after pre-purchasing a new policy in advance?

You will receive an email containing the policy documents when you have successfully purchased ECICS Enhanced Maidassure policy. New and transfer maid policies purchased:• within 14 days before the effective date,MOM’s record will be updated within 3 working days after the policy purchase date• more than 14 days before effective date,MOM’s record will be updated within 14 days before policy start dateRenewal maid policy:• MOM’s record will be updated after MOM sends you the work permit renewal notice. We will send you another email once the bond is successfully transmitted to MOM. Please check the MOM portal and ensure that the electronic transmission to MOM is completed before your FDW arrives in Singapore. Failure to do so will result in the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority denying her entry, and she will be sent back to her home country.As the work permit may not be due for renewal yet, the security bond will only be transmitted to MOM

Can I exchange the Shell Fuel e-Voucher for cash?​

No, the voucher cannot be encashed.​

What if I have multiple EV policies?

The Benefit shall be limited to one redemption per Qualifying Policy. Policyholders with multiple Qualifying Policies may be eligible for multiple redemptions.

What is the time coverage for our Tesla Motor Insurance?

The coverage period for our Tesla Motor Insurance is 12 months or 24 months subject to Break And Review Clause.

Who is eligible for the Tesla Fractional Shares?

The Policyholder must be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Foreigner residing in Singapore, and must not hold a Green Card or a U.S. Citizenship.

Are there any fees involved in claiming Tesla Fractional Shares?

No, there are no administrative or processing fees associated with claiming your Tesla Fractional Shares.

How do I purchase Tesla Motor Insurance policy online?

You may purchase Tesla Motor Insurance policy directly through our ECICS website >https://www.ecics.com/promotions/tesla-promotion

How will I receive the redemption link?

Upon successful full payment and Tesla Motor Insurance policy issuance, a unique email link will be sent to your registered email address under the subject titled "Tesla Motor Insurance Fractional Shares Campaign (FSPROMO)"for the redemption of Tesla Fractional Shares.

What if I cancel my policy?

If you cancel your policy within 90 days, you’ll no longer be eligible for the benefit.

Is there a minimum premium or policy type required?

This promotion applies to all private EV car insurance with ECICS. It excludes individual private hires and car fleets.

Can existing policyholders get this too?

Yes, it's available to both new and renewing customers, as long as the policy is purchased during the promotional period.

Am I eligible for the Shell Fuel e-Voucher Promotion if I have made claims on my policy?​

Renewal policyholders who have made one (1) or more claims during the current policy year are not eligible for this promotion.​

What if I cancel my policy?​

If you cancel your policy within 90 days, you’ll no longer be eligible for the Shell Fuel e-Vouchers.​

​ What types of policies qualify?

Only Comprehensive Private Car Insurance policies from ECICS are eligible. Electric Vehicles (EVs) are excluded.​

What is the promotion period?​

From 15th November 2025 to 15th February 2026, both dates inclusive.​

What if I have multiple vehicles insured with ECICS?​

If you purchase a new ECICS Comprehensive Private Car Insurance policy for a different vehicle not currently insured by ECICS, you are eligible for S$100 Shell Fuel e-Voucher for the new vehicle.​
