3. Upon completion of the steps on the POEMS landing page, Tesla Fractional Shares will be deposited into your account within 3 to 4 months following the reconciliation process.

Sign up for a Charge+ account c. Visit google form link in the Charge+ Promotion Page and indicate your chosen redemption option. Do note that the mobile number used to sign up for the Charge+ account must be the same number used to sign up for the Qualifying Policy.d. Your benefit will be activated in your account within approximately 8 weeks upon fulfilling the eligibility conditions.
