How much sum insured should I buy?

You do not need to choose a sum insured that is equivalent to your excess amount. There is no limit on the number of claims as long as the total claim does not exceed your chosen sum insured per policy year. However, if your chosen sum insured is lower than the excess imposed on your motor insurance policy, ECICS will only pay up to the sum insured during the period of insurance.
